What happens at a Reflexology treatment?
At your first appointment there will be an initial consultation when questions will be asked about your health and lifestyle. You are then required to remove your socks and shoes and make yourself comfortable on the chair. I usually like to play some music to enhance the treatment and light candles, but this is optional. The treatment then starts working from with both feet. The treatment generally lasts around 45 minutes. Please allow around 15 minutes extra for your first appointment
